Is e-charter keeping any kind of e-mails database?
Absolutely NO. We are not gathering your e-mails, we don't sell or buy mail lists.

How many days do I have to wait until I get offers from my request?
Usually 0 to 1 days. Your request is forwarded within minutes after you click on "SUBMIT" button.

How many answers must I expect?
According to your request, our system picks up the most relevant to your request yacht owners.  Expect no less than 3 replies. We have configured our system in a way that no more than 5 yacht owners will take your request for your yacht request, so that you will not receive a huge amount of e-mails, that can be annoying .

Is e-charter having any kind of involvment in the charter procedure?
No we don't. We have absolutely nothing to do with the charter procedure. Our services stop at the time you click the "SUBMIT" button
